"Amazing food! I'm in love with the pullled Chashu Tsukemen (pork) ramen. Their chef is actively creating new dishes, mine was only a couple of weeks old. Service was excellent, exactly what I was expecting. Definitely coming back to try other delicious items from the menu and will be telling my friends about this place."
"This place is awesome! We arrived at noon on Saturday right when they opened. It was almost full when we left. Everyone in the restaurant sits at one long table for about 20 people. The server (there was only one) was extremely friendly and helpful. I got the duck mazeman with the foie gras/truffle dipping sauce, and the cold “mapa tofu”. The mapa and the mazeman were both delicious. The dipping sauce was heavy on truffle oil flavor and I would not get again. I also got a side of salmon roe - which was previously frozen (not uncommon at this price but always a let down when the roe lacks the pop of the fresh stuff). Regardless, highly, highly recommended!!"
"3.2.19 - tasty. The texture of the noodles is chewy and absorbs the flavor well. We ordered the steak mazemen, which is Ribeye, and the mushroom chili, both are delicious. The uni toast is okay, not exactly super creamy. It's most likely the lowest grade uni and it's two small bites for $8. You're better off adding to the $8 to buy fresh uni at the asian market. 10 communal seats only, no bathroom, good service. Worth repeating."
"Tasted good, but a tad pricy for the noodles. Uni toast was yummy. Friend had the creme with bacon - not much flavor to it. Be sure to get there early or else you’ll need to wait 45 plus minutes."
"Had their "Russ and roe" noodles which was basically raw salmon over noodles and I did an add on of salmon roes for $7 extra and that really enhanced the taste of the whole experience. Definitely recommend it - the texture of the noodles was great and had a semi chewy texture. It wasn't too overwhelming nor fishy at all. I also tried two of their appetizers and both was amazing (the uni on the toast and yuzu scallops). Would definitely recommend the uni on toast though as they are super generous with the portion of the uni they give and the toast was not harden and soft enough to gently bite through."
