"We didnt last a half hour before checking into another place. What a waste of $400. The room was very crowded. You’d be lucky to even fit in the hot tub. The curst thing i noticed was a bug on the bathroom counter. The pictures on the website were complete inaccurate. I wouldnt waste my money on this horrible place."

"We stayed here in July 2018 and I never reviewed it. But this morning I made a big, hearty breakfast for my son, and he mentioned how much he had liked the breakfasts at the Chester House Inn. So now is the time to review it. We had a very nice room with splendid decorations. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The sheets were the softest I have ever slept on! The owners were nice, and so was the dog. The humongous poppyseed waffles we had for breakfast were fantastic! The owner helped us with suggestions for activities in the area. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Nice cute old place. A couple things to realize is that you won't have your own thermostat. Our room was very hot and had to sleep with the window open... Which ended up being fine. Chester is cute and out of the way a bit but still close enough to okemo."

"The inn itself is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, I was present for an experience that will prevent me from returning to Chester House Inn. At check-in, I heard another guest ask the innkeeper if he (the guest) could bring breakfast from the breakfast room to his guest room as his wife has a chronic illness that would prevent her from coming to the breakfast room in the morning. The innkeeper first said no, then said that he could bring her "coffee and a muffin." I was disgusted that the innkeeper would treat a disabled guest so poorly. This innkeeper either needs a new attitude or a new job. (My stay was in early October 2012.)"
