"Very tasty tacos. The chicken was so moist, the carrot taco was incredibly good, the pork taco was a bit dry. Super friendly service and neat waiting area. I would definitely return and eat outside when it’s at least 30 degrees."

"Not actually 'dine-in', but there's picnic tables outdoors. No restroom, not even a portapotty available. Kinda tight space while waiting for food if others are there trying to order. Cute & quaint little spot covered with owners paintings & plants. They were super friendly! The pork carnitas were amazing. The adobe chicken bowl was less flavored than I would have liked, or at the very least very overpowered by the cilantro & jalepenos. Kinda pricey but fresh & not many options around so they could probably even charge more lol. Loved seeing thier gardens outside (even if its directly next to parking)."

"Holy smokes, the tacos at this little stand in Johnson are AMAZING!!! Plus the white chicken chili will blow your mind. Hopefully the owners can expand to the barn soon. We tried each taco and every one was a winner. Put this Burlington and there'd be a line out the door. Due to zoning they can't have inside seating. It's worth it, plus the views of the Green Mountains look great."

"Katie and Thomas are the nicest people and the food is so delicious! The first time I stopped in I was a little skeptical about getting good tacos in Vermont. I’m from the southwest where tacos are a food group unto themselves! The freshness and the spice rubs on the adobo chicken and the roasted pork are spectacular! I understand we are celebrating the one-year anniversary for Maple Hill Barn! Happy Anniversary y’all, and here’s to celebrating with you every year! Congratulations! You hit this one out of the park! I’m just gonna come hang out here drinking good coffee and eating tacos all weekend! "We drove past giggling about a sign saying Tacos. Stopped in and couldn't have been happier we did! My husband and I got the OG breakfast sandwiches. Each individual part of it made me so glad for local foods and restaurants. Cute and cozy with plenty of outdoor seating. We are absolutely going back for tacos next. Fresh local buns that tasted like a crescent but without the mess. Cheese melted perfectly. Juicy sausage and fresh perfect scrambled eggs. Love it!"
