"19-Sept-2023 - I've decided to update this review due to recurring problems. I'm not one to give bad reviews normally, but the length at which I've been dealing with this latest problem necessitates it. To start, I will say that the pharmacy used to be phenomenal and I had zero issues. However, the last 6 months have seemed arduous in comparison to the last two years, namely that filling the same prescription under the same insurance has seemingly become far harder. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech both stated that the issue was with my insurance, but my insurance provided proof showing it was the pharmacy and what they needed to do. My provider reached out and she reported that the pharmacy tech was quite rude to her and refused to work with her. When she talked to the pharmacist, they again denied any further troubleshooting. My provider asked them to call their helpdesk and then give me a call, but that hasn't happened for some time now. I've all but given up on them, which is sad because they used to have wonderful staff."

"Amazing experience! Initially, I get phone calls from a pharmacist or a pharmacy technician when my medication is filled or delayed (not automated calls). I am being addressed by my first name there (and I just switch between the pharmacies a few months ago). The pharmacist comes and talks to me about the possible and most common side effects of the medication. He is invariably friendly and cordial, and very personable. I am so glad I changed the pharmacy. I enjoy my new experiences with my new pharmacy. Thank you, Hannaford Pharmacy, for such a nice treatment! Much appreciated and enjoyed."
