At Walgreens there is a dissonance between the values most Americans expect to see reflected in health care and their experiences with a system that fails to treat people equally and falls seriously short in guaranteeing all have a right fill medications without feeling judged, regardless of the type of medication prescribed, the color of your skin, or the carrier of your insurance policy! Pathetic. I’m in healthcare and that was one of the first subjects I learned. Ethical diversity Walgreens, look it up!"

"Great store. Great pharmacy. Got my covid booster. Clean store. The pharmacy is very busy and overwhelmed yet treated all with dignity and respect. Be patient please. Make an appointment online or call the 800 number first. You cannot walk in for any vaccines including flu shots. Be prepared and fill out the paperwork from the Website FIRST. Otherwise you will have to take the time to do it at your appointment time and will be waiting needlessly."

"Called me a week ago to tell me my prescriptions would be ready soon. I heard nothing, so I called them today only to be informed they no longer take my insurance. I was told to call another pharmacy and they would transfer everything over. Meanwhile, I have a day left of my scripts and unless I want to pay hundreds out of pocket, there is nothing Walgreens can do. REALLY?! If you had notified me that you stopped taking my insurance, I would have had ample amount of time to transfer to another pharmacy. No phone call, no email, no letter, no text! Nothing! Very unprofessional. Putting peoples' lives at risk by making them go without their medications is not something I consider quality care at all. Absolutely disgusted."
