"The employees this location are simply the worst at any location in the franchise. Every time anyone comes in to order a sandwich, they act like the customer cursed them with the greatest inconvenience of their life. Employees should not make customers feel bad for ordering a lunch. This has been going on for over a year now, fire the employees and start from scratch! I’m not being mean, I am just stating facts…"
"Ordered from the app a pick up for 7:30pm, when I got there the lights are on, doors locked no one’s inside, I call them several times, no answer. The hours are listed open until 10pm but if that’s the case why is the store locked up and empty at 7:30???? On top of that, was never issued a refund. WILL be driving way out of my way to go to other Subways, this location is TRASH"
"It was over all your typical subway. However, the woman serving us, while very friendly, was trash talking another employee that I guess didn’t show up again and just complaining about how customers treat them. One time is fine but she keep going on and on. As someone who’s worked many years in that field, it’s number one that you don’t talk about stuff like that to customers."
"We keep trying to give them a chance, but they fail almost every time. Most of the time the order is wrong, and when it's not, the portions are so small it's ridiculous. Also the veggies are generally soft and old!"
"Sandwiches are always made well. Unfortunately they are always understaffed and don’t always have a lot of ingredients. This review isn’t a reflection of the staff, they are great, always doing their best, positive, and kind. The sandwiches they make are always satisfactory. The low rating is for the lack of ingredients and lack of staff, this location needs assistance on both parts."
