"Completely incompetent. After silence for several months, Sarah tried keeping my $1k security deposit along with invoicing me an additional $1,200 for utility charges that she could not provide proof of. When I sent an email requesting copies of the bills I supposedly owed, she threatened litigation instead of sending me proof of debt validity. Save yourself some aggravation and rent from someone else."
