"I bought a watch today from the kittery outlet, it's 2 hours of driving for me to go there. I get home to find the watch is gouged and doesn't work. I do not know if it's a battery or it's broken as it says battery is good until 2020. I call the store and the associate and manager are giggling and having a conversation while answering and then I finally get a hello. I ask to speak to the manager at which point leah i believe is what she said her name was gets on the phone. I start to explain the issues and she cuts me off and is rude. She then proceeds to make excuses, "I should of searched the watch over for damage before purchasing it" to which I said I don't typically search over new items for damage or to see if they work nor was I instructed to. She says "they are displays and send backs from other retailers not new watches and that's why you pay outlet prices" I can buy this watch actually brand new from multiple retailers for less then I payed at the outlet as we don't have a sales tax in nh. I'm looking at the first 3 stores when you google it and they are all with $5 and one is less. Follow up leah gave me a fake email to complain to and when I called and asked for the number to the actual manager the associate hung up on me."

"I had very bad experience at Movado store located at Kittery outlet, ME. I called store earlier to know about exchange policy. Manager replied that they can only exchange if it's equal or greater value of what they sold. I paid $393.00 for a watch 4 weeks ago and after 4 weeks I have decided to exchange that watch with one that cost $428.00. A manager refused to exchange it. The reason was given to me is "it's just couple dollars more, it should be like more then $100 to qualify for exchange". A liar manager doesn't even wants to call his superior and told me that he needs a special permission to find out if his superior can approve it to exchange. It was a silly and immature customer handling by store manager. I bought $1000.00 watch last year from the same store which he doesn't care too. And yesterday it was my 4+ visits to the store and every time i had shopping with my family friends from Movado store in Kittery but a liar store manager made me very disappointed. Anyway, it seems they are paid off to their service so now they don't care. I and my friends family will Never visit that store ever. Thumps down."
