"I absolutely love Kate Spade products but this was possibly one of the most obnoxious experiences I’ve ever had in a retail store. The staff reminded me of essentially high school mean girls on steroids. Even made a joke that was not so quiet about my mom who I was out shopping with (the day before Mother’s Day no less). It was so bad that I put back what I was going to purchase and we left the store. I have never been more disappointed in a shopping experience."
