"if ur reading this / u know me i know u / we luvvvvvv the brand / but i base my five on much more / most my life i have what i believe to b the best pizza / but they will never get five from me / because it ends at the pizza / not true with coach outlets ( 2 i frequent/ tilton and kittery) ok do i luvvvv there pizza ( i have a tattoo 2 prove it ) lol / but its the people the staff but now news to me it's corporate/ the coach brand takes care of the employees/ noooooooooo not about $$$/ im talking rewarding them in ways that shows they care / im talking organ transplant assistance and support / trips for milestones / things that matter/ in a world thats gets harder everyday to maneuver to see a company help make life a little easier for there employees is five plus stars but it still continues/ the staff shares that with us the customer/ how do i know this / read all above again if i have to choose my fav pizza of all time or going hungry and visiting one my coach outlets sorry ( cant tell u name they dint belong here ) bla bla bla im eating leather peace love and joy james"
"My bag didn’t even make it a year, I brought it in for repair, it’s been 2 mos and still don’t have my bag. Interesting when I brought it in for repair, I asked for a loaner which they did not give. That was the first indication of poor customer support. The bag wasn’t worth the price. It’s been nothing but aggravation."
"Love this location! The Manager, Amy, is so customer focused, friendly, honest, and so helpful. This is probably the best Coach outlet that I have been too. I will definitely return!"

"Nice enough store but the product they had had some defects. The style of bag we were searching for had 3 in stock (a standard outlet item, not clearance) but all 3 were defective. One had a broken zipper, one had opened stitching and one had a cut in the side of the bag. The staff were nice and helpful for the most part, but the quality of the item we were searching for definitely put us off purchasing there."
