"Worst experience ever! Placed an order in store and the associate placed the order twice. I notice with in 20 minute of leaving that there were two pending charges. Called the store and the associate assured me there was not two orders it was probably a glitch and one would fall off in 24hrs. Complete lie. There was two orders created 10minutes apart from each other with different addresses.They can only cancel within an hour of the mistake but they assured me they hadn’t made a mistake. 24 hour later the charge was still there so I called and they finally looked into it. Sure enough he placed two orders so they charged me $579 twice! No one can fix or cancel the order after that first hour (called every support number I could find) so I have to wait weeks to get the extra ring drive an hour away to return it and get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and order else where!"
"We went in for a regular maintenance on my engagement ring, and left with our wedding rings all picked out and sent off to get ready. Izik made the experience so personal and could deff tell what I was thinking and helped pick out our perfect fit. Instead of being just another task on the list he made it special and exciting!!!"

"Izik is a gem!! Came in with my fiancée to add a warranty to my wedding band and get our engagement rings inspected. Great customer service skills and patient with us as there was some conflict finding the original receipts. He also cleaned all of our jewelry, which included many many pieces. Always has a great attitude everytime I stop in. Give that man a raise! Because he more than deserves it."
