"I purchased 10 skeins of Bernat blanket yarn through JoAnn's website (Auburn, Me) because they were on sale. What I didn't know was that every skein was littered with single pieces of yarn and knotted throughout. Such a disappointment and definitely frustrating to weave in a multitude of unnecessary ends. This is definitely outside of the return window, especially since I toughed it out and made two throw blankets with the yarn anyway, but I will not be shopping through JoAnn's website again. Just thought people should know..."

"Very expensive store with minimal staff. They're friendly but there's usually no one at the front counter and you have to wait for them. The fabric is much too expensive to buy here, so I'll only go if I need small items that I can't find elsewhere."

I found exactly what i needed, and the employees were extremely helpful in finding what i needed. Even reminded me to go to the website and use a coupon! Saved me 10 bucks! Always go to joann website and check for a coupon before purchasing!"
