"We had to board our dog here for a week over the Xmas holiday when our usual places were full. While the staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, I was surprised at the state of the facility and play yard. There was no communication from staff while watching our dog, whereas most other services we’ve used send quick photos and updates for peace of mind. When I checked in, they did respond quickly. Pick up and drop off felt a little stressful with dogs barking and staff yelling at them to be quiet. Most of the food we left for our dog was returned to us, meaning either he barely ate while there or they fed him different food even though requested otherwise. This hasn’t been an issue at other kennels. This isn’t meant to be a bad review, but I felt misled by other glowing reviews. I know people have different things they’re looking for in a kennel and I wanted folks to know what to expect based on our experience."
"I'm very disappointed in Top Dog Country Club. I bring food each week for the 2 days Ozzy is there. The food doesn't leaves the spot on the counter where I placed it on Monday and there is non missing from the bag. Last week I came to pick him he was in the kennel. Because he was "agitated". I tried to talk with the owner. She didn't have time to talk to me. There are no camera's to let you see what is going on inside or outside the building. Ozzy is a 15 lb dog. He barks, that's what dogs do. Leave him out, put him in where someone is. But don't punish him by putting him in a kennel. I can keep him at home and save my money. I'm extremely upset with this dog day care. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm certainly glad others have had better experiences, but, they won't be taking care of my fur baby."
