"This store has changed drastically since last year! Last year the clerk couldn’t be more helpful. This year I came in to have a battery changed in my car fob and was told that you don’t do that anymore. I also asked about a smoke alarm because I had questions. Before I could explain I was told all alarms were on aisle 13. So much for friendly service. I left the store with neither."
