"I love this Lowe's! They're always so helpful and nice here! They almost always have whatever it is that I'm looking for! You can get pretty much anything and everything that you need for home improvement whether it's inside or out! Plus some extras that you wouldn't have ever thought of!"

"Well I should have not been surprised as lowes is not known for their quality service especially at this location. I arrived to purchase a washer in stock for one of my rental properties and was told by the clerk “rich” good luck I’d have a better chance at winning the lottery but after much back and forth I convinced him to actually do his job and what should have been an easy exchange as I really had no budget limit I just needed a washer today I finally got one took basically going back and finding it myself definitely worst experience of my career I high recommend going elsewhere but if your in a bind just find it yourself and bypass the store employees absolutely useless additionally had to get the manager involved to get it put through my commercial account really just such poor service here really can’t say put into words how disappointing my whole experience was"

"Purchased a new refrigerator and stove from the Augusta Lowes on Nov 11, 2023. It was delivered on the day it was supposed to be, no problem there. The delivery did not go as it was supposed to however and they left us to hook up both the stove and the refrigerator. As I understand it, they were supposed to hook these up, to make sure they worked. The display on the stove did not come on when we hooked it up.... however the burners did. PANIC sets in as we are 4 days before Thanksgiving and I am hosting my extended family for dinner. I am left now with a stove I can't use as I can't turn on the oven with no display. The next morning, I go down to the store and ask to speak to the manager. Her name was June.....she not only was very professional but did everything in her power to get me a stove delivered before Thanksgiving! Great job to make this right, not only her, but the gentleman who worked in Appliances was also very helpful. He worked with me on other choices as they did not have my original stove in stock. High five and a job well done to June and her crew! Thank you so much!!!!"

"Typically, Lowes is my “go to” store because of how Veteran friendly they are. Unfortunately, I avoid the Augusta, ME store due to how unorganized and overly unprofessional they are. Example: I recently purchased an expensive Kitchen Aid oven/microwave combo. Purchased in August 2023 with delivery. Had to follow-up multiple times, get refunded just to purchase the same unit, and the unit was never delivered. Received a call from the installer the day before scheduled install to see if the unit had been delivered, it was not. Had to run to Lowe’s the night before install to pick up the unit myself because the installer was booked over the next several months and wouldn’t be able to reschedule. Lowes offered no apology, no excuses, just business as usual for the store. By the way, this was in late October - almost 3 months after the purchase."

"It's a pity that this store often has a lot of discounted products without notifying the cashier. If you don't pay attention, you won't get the discounted price, and you will be charged more money. You must pay special attention. This is bad and seems like an intentional behavior.The cashier told me that I can't get the discounted price and I need to go to the return office, but a middle-aged woman at the return office kept rudely asking me what's wrong with the product and wanted to refuse my return. Really bad experience. I've had this happen to the cashier more than three times not charging the discounted rate, so I think it may be a deliberate business practice."
