"The counselor I've been seeing for several years is down right phenomenal. Eric does his job well and is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend the counseling here. 5 stars for that. HOWEVER....for some unknown ridiculous reason, the upper management refuses to drop a mandatory mask mandate. This is just foolish. The whole purpose of the these vet centers is to be a "no red tape" location for vets to get help without the hassle. I know several vets that are so anti mask that they would stop going places that had mask mandates. So how is a mask mandate providing "no hassle" help? At this point in time the big VA has dropped their mask mandate, the local hospital has dropped their mask mandate, and so has pretty much every other common sense organization in the area. If you are so worried about getting sick then you wear a mask, but don't force everyone else to wear one just because your scared. Let people make up their own minds or I'd bet they stop coming. Vets are funny like that."
"The interaction I've had with the Berlin Vet Center has been exemplary. When you walk into the door, you're going to feel at home, with counselors who have been "in the trenches" & know what you've gone through. So it's an excellent place to drop by as a veteran. FYI. The coffee isn't "Starbucks", but it ain't that bad, either. You'll live through it."

"There's this one guy that is very disrespectful and doesn't do his job and thinks just because I didn't do twenty years I shouldn't have a certain sticker on my car which is none of his business and told me I was making a bad choice for going back to school instead of working which wasn't his place to say either"
