"This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If it wasn’t for the location and everyone already booked I would not have stayed. Looks like the only cleaning they do in the room is make the bed. There was leftover soap in the shower from previous guest. Plastic silverware packs they left behind were already opened. The ac/heat system they have in there makes noises the entire time it’s on. Walls are extremely thin and you hear EVERYTHING. We asked about the gym and was told it’s under a 2 year construction that they haven’t even started yet. Pool and sauna are also closed with no explanation on that. Wifi is also non existing."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. However, the amount of out of order signs was a little jarring. Out of order ice machine, microwave, juice machine, and detergent dispenser. Breakfast was sad, even for a free one. Also, while they do have laundry machines, I had to hang my stuff up until morning to dry because they only had one dryer for the two washers. I’d rather try somewhere else to stay next time."

"We saw mixed reviews, but we had higher hopes. When we went to check in, we were told that they had been overbooked, which was odd because of the nearly empty parking lot. We had reserved a second floor room in the main building, but were told we would be on the bottom floor of one of the out buildings. When looking at the room, it was clearly not as represented by any of the pictures online. We noticed water marks all over the ceilings, the headboard looked as it it had been sliced open, the back of the bathroom door was damaged, and over all cleanliness was not there. This was beyond the tiny jumping bugs we found when we pulled back the blankets. After this, we went to see if we could get a room change, the family in front of us were able to get a room without a reservation in the overbooked inn for nearly twice what we reserved our room for. They told us they could not give a room change, nor a refund of any kind because we booked through Orbitz. Made us wonder if we had been bamboozled because we used a third party reservation site. Would not recommend this place in the least."

"AVOID!!!!!! Stay started with opening the fridge to find a huge puddle that dumped out to the floor. Actually, the stench when I walked in the first thing. Next I discovered, that despite what they advertised, there was no WiFi. The next night the AC went out in my room, along with my TV. Both were fixes the next day. I had housekeeping come in one day during my 7 day stay, and they did a good job.... except for leaving me a nasty red stained washcloth. Breakfast was an infection control nightmare! No handling materials to grab the bread or muffins and opened milk left in the fridge over night. One day I asked for new towels and was informed they didn't have any more clean ones and to come back. Best part was getting to my company to switch hotels and the highlight was me checking out. And the housekeeping staff was very friendly."

"There is NO WIFI. They flat out lie by saying there is, but there isn't. Laundry doesn't work. TV and AC didn't work properly. Coffee tasted horrific. Room smelled. Breakfast was no sanatory: had muffins out you had to grab by hand, and the bread they have out for toast is Italian bread that looks like it was left over from what the family that owns the business used from the night before. Hot tub looked disgusting, would not go near it. I don't understand how on earth this place is averaging 3.4 stars."
