"Of all the local Irving's, this one is by far the worst. Need pizza? Not here! NEVER! Noon on a Saturday? Nope! Warmer isn't even turned on! Yesterday I went in to grab a whoopie pie since expecting them to have pizza at 4pm is completely out of the question, the whoopie pies were FROZEN SOLID!! DON'T YOU GUYS MAKE THESE IN STORE???? PLEASE HIRE A MANAGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO HIRE, TRAIN AND RETAIN A TEAM! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!"

"This location tends to be plagued by register issues which slow things down. Ty Shevlin was trying his best to ring multiple customers and play tech support but when a mistake occured on my transaction he seemed entirely disinterested in resolving it. "The receipt says xx.xx so thats what it is." There is literally a 24"x24" sign next to him saying a completely different price. Oh well."
