"I recently had a furnace replacement done by Brancato's Heating, and my experience has been a mix of both satisfaction and disappointment. Let me break down my experience with this company: * Prompt Response: One of the first things that impressed me about Brancato's Heating was their quick response time. When I reached out for a quote and information about their services, they were prompt in getting back to me. This initial communication gave me a good impression of their professionalism. * Installation Quality: The installation itself was done well, and the new furnace looked great in my home. The technicians were courteous and appeared to be highly skilled in their work. Initially, I was super happy with how everything looked and functioned. They did have to come back the next day because the heat was stuck on in one zone and we heating the house (in the summer). * Hot Water Circulator: Unfortunately, this is where my experience began to take a turn. I had inquired about a hot water circulator during the installation process, but despite their initial responsiveness, Brancato's Heating never got back to me on this matter. This lack of follow-up was disappointing and left me feeling somewhat neglected as a customer. * Noise and Efficiency: My biggest disappointment came with the performance of the new furnace. I noticed that the furnace was significantly louder than my old one, which was over 30 years old. Additionally, it seemed to run more frequently, and I also observed that it was using more oil to heat my hot water compared to my previous boiler. This unexpected increase in noise and fuel consumption was not something I had anticipated when investing in a new furnace. My experience with Brancato's Heating was a mix of positives and negatives. While they were quick to respond and the installation itself looked great, the lack of follow-up on my hot water circulator inquiry was frustrating. Moreover, the increased noise and higher fuel consumption of the new furnace have left me with some regret about the replacement. It's my hope that when Brancato's Heating services my furnace at the end of the season I'll have a better understanding of my new furnace and they can address any outstanding concerns."
