"The "Reader's Digest" version is...I had a discouraging experience with a different shop. I then was in need of an alignment. But it was so much more than that to fix my truck. Cody was so patient and had me take pics of what went wrong before I brought it to him. He made it safe for me to drive. But then, I had to take it back to the original mechanic...he was willing to talk it out with a very belligerent guy. Ending with my ride actually being fixed. He didn't have to do that. I probably put him in an awkward spot. But I'm safely driving now thanks to Cody."

"I had an oil change done and it was super quick. I usually go to the VIP in Topsham, but they didn’t have the time that I wanted so I went to Brunswick instead and had a great experience. Walter helped me out and was very friendly and efficient. The only thing is that usually I get a sticker saying every 6000 miles for an oil change and this time it said 3000. I didn’t notice until I had left so I have to give them a call to ask what that’s about."

Cody had me come down to his bay & he showed me my car on the lift. He showed me what was wrong with it. I had so many questions & Cody was enthusiastic & extremely knowledgeable. He had an answer to all my questions. I couldn't have had a better experience even though the news about my car came was a nightmare. "I went to VIP in November & I had snow tires removed & I had an inspection. I bought my snow tires there & they give me a free exchange when I have my snow tires & summer tires taken off. I like doing business at VIP in Brunswick, ME. It's always comfortable there I have to wait for my car in their lounge. They get me out quickly & it's inexpensive."

"100 dollar oil change... I dunno if they thought that I didn't know any better about what the prices of synthetic oil changes should be. But I do, and it should not be 100 dollars. They couldn't even be bothered to reset the oil change prompt on my dashboard so I do not even want to hear excuses about the overhead labor cost. I will just bring it to prompto oil next time and get it done in 10 minutes for half of the price. Now I know!"
