"arrived at 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. did not leave until 11:15 because they were calling the wrong name and didn't care to check on me after being the only one sitting in the waiting area. finally after an hour and a half someone approached me and told me my car had been ready for quite a while. he then told me he thought my name was Jason. It wasn't an apology just a statement I replied with 'okay.' when I went to pay, they did not have the oil change on the transaction, a manager had to come over and redo the transaction. won't be returning"
"Ordered online Nexen tired delivered to home. Called Brunswick Me Walmarts for installation onto truck. They gave me an appointment for day I and time wanted (2nd day from call). Got there at appointed time and job was completed in 30min. Everyone was friendly and courteous."
