"I understand my dog was moving around however she cut his nail an unexpectable amount high. It was almost right flush with his fur, I know things happen but I feel this was not at all ok. She shouldn't have clamped down on the nail trimmer if he was moving that much. I would have rather her cut no nails at all then cut my poor dog since she had to stop after that anyway."
"The groomers were very nice to my dog. They took her fears into consideration and didn't push her. They did an AMAZING job with her groom. The deshedding makes her look like she lost 10 lbs. She is so soft and fluffy, smells amazing and her nail buffing is the best I've ever seen! The store looks better than it has during the previous 2 yrs I've been coming."
"After going to quite a few in the Augusta area with truly bad cuts, experience etc.. we found Anita. She is very patient with my rescue. It is never chaotic in there. It’s calm and professional. She Recommends cuts and knows when Ellie has had enough. Each time it’s better. The cut is perfect and grows out well and evenly. She does the best job in all categories.
