"Wait in waiting room 20 minutes, to be seen and out the door in less than 5 minutes. He doesn't even ask if my medication is working. What difficulties I'm having taking them. If anything new has happened or if the medication needs to be increased. He has the reputation of being one of the best, no he's awful. Never have felt so rushed as in everytime I'm in his office. I even brought my husband, and following month my daughter. Both stated the same thing I need a new DR. He does nothing but sign a script or send them to the pharmacy"

He also rushed all of our appointments. One appointment was a little over 3 minutes long. He never made me feel like he cared about me or my treatment and I always left our sessions feeling like he was not listening to me. Please consider seeking treatment from another psychiatrist."

"Dr. Kroessler replaced my previous therapist, Sharon Murray, when she left the practice. He never asked me anything about myself except to tell me that he doesn't believe in assigning medications "unnecessarily." I explained that I agree, and that I wanted to get off medications because my husband and I want to have children. He told me repeatedly that I should not get pregnant on my current medications, clearly not listening to anything I said. He took me off one med a visit after two visits, then told me he couldn't help me anymore and referred me to Women and Infants who specialize in mentally ill mothers. When I asked for a referral number he told me to "look it up online." Pompous, know-it-all who looks at his patients as dollar signs and not people. I wouldn't see him again if you paid me. He'd triple book his patients too, making then wait up to an hour to be seen. Awful."
