In just a few hours, he replaced the treads, replaced the broken shifter, and discovered that my front and rear brakes were very worn down. He replaced those, too. "I crashed my e-bike and needed it looked over to make sure everything was in alignment and safe. John was able to give the bike a complete check over, fixed the handlebars and even had the same cell phone holder in stock that had broken in the crash.
