"Had to call to have them get my online order ready. Get told they’re understaffed and when I show up 3 people working and no customers. Drove 2 hours home to see the security tags are still on and now have to drive all the way back due this. Not impressed."

I called ahead and let her know which item I was looking for and when I arrived she had pulled what was on the rack and even found others in the back. She was extremely patient and professional as I worked to identify which pants would ultimately be chosen. The customer service alone is worth the trip to this store!"
