"Building manager Jen treats us all as her family. She’s ready with treats for my kids, warm hugs for me on a bad day. She always has a kind word And support of whatever is happening with me. And she supports our building community with everything from meet and greet wine tastings to school supply drives. The amenities are fabulous- but Jen is the best part! And yes, my apartment is as beautiful as the website indicates."

"In my honest opinion, the Lincoln Lofts is hands-down the best rental property in Biddeford. The property manager, Jen, is the best property manager I’ve ever had. She is attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. Also, Shawn is quick to address any maintenance issues. It’s truly a great team. My apartment is right next to the Lincoln Hotel and directly above Batson River Brewing & Distilling - and I barely overhear any of them. The only time I can hear people from Batson is when I’m in my bathroom, oddly enough. And it’s still not enough to hear what they’re saying. I’ve gotten to know a lot of my Loft neighbors, especially the ones on my end of the complex. We exchange gifts during the holiday season and always have respect for one another. It’s a great communal atmosphere. I highly recommend the Lofts."

"The apartments are great, and the building manager, Jen, does so much for every single person who lives here. Very personable, friendly, and always working to make sure people are happy with the place they’re living. I emailed Jen at 9 o’clock at night expecting a reply in the morning and she got right back to me, and it truly shows how great she is at her job and how seriously she takes it. She is always making improvements daily !"

"I have lived all over the country, and dealt with a lot of property managers. And I have to say that Jen is the best property manager I’ve ever had! She is so polite, funny, respectful, happy-go-lucky! I have sent so many people in to talk with her that have been looking for an apartment because of how she has treated me. I know I can talk to her about ANYTHING. Her office is a safe space. The apartments themselves are also beautiful! They are the perfect mix of modern and rustic. I love how they kept the charm/history of the mills. I do have to say this is one of the best companies that I have ever rented from!"

Sometimes you’re going to hear your neighbors; we don’t live on 3 acres in the country we live in a huge apartment building in the middle of the city."
