"A relative l8ves in the lofts and likes it. It's right downtown so it's close walking distance to many small businesses and a few minutes drive to bigger box stores. Train station right next door. Turnpike very close. 15 minutes to 30 min from oob and not far from other beaches as well."

"Full of drugs. Caters to shelter people that bring in the reason they are homeless. Crime, breaking and entering, domestic issues drugs drugs drugs. Laundry room disgusting and bed bugs! MGMT never responded to maintenance issues. Maintenance man Mike ignored issues for me a tub leak that required an 8 HR job. This building has allowed Biddeford to get worse. Look at police logs"
