"I can’t say enough great things about Tesla Latham. Marcy is a gem and helped squeeze us in for tire servicing while on the road for Thanksgiving (we curbed or potholed and damaged a tire causing a vibration and steering shimmy). When I picked up the X I realized that my pre trip cleaning caused the driver seat to get stuck fully aft. Bill came on the line and spent 20 minutes with me to resolve the issue over the phone without having to make another 65 mile round trip. And, they have a full demo fleet available while you wait. The leadership of this location has done a great job finding a tesla team with empathy and professionalism. The solar/powerwall team departed early across their 8 plus Tesla fleet of trucks. The crews were busy loading batteries and jogged from place to place. This kind of hustle tells me Tesla is taking care of this team and the team is taking care of us as their customers. I’m so impressed. Suggest Tesla harvest their expertise and replicate this level of service nationwide."

"The ease of getting my Model 3 repaired at this service center was incredible. My car was serviced for just a few hours, and yet, they gave me a loaner Model 3 with full FSD along with it being spotless on the inside. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM. Despite this, the employees were nice enough to offer me the ability to drop my car off and exchange for a loaner the night before. Excellent service, fast, and the issues were perfectly fixed and covered under warranty. If you think getting your Tesla serviced here will be like how it typically is with ICE cars, you will be pleasantly surprised; the hassle is non existent. Thank you again!"

"Every time I work with this company, it is a nightmare! They make a great product, but the their service is below substandard . The employees, the sales people, and every person that works for them should be in the unemployment line…. they are useless. If minimum wage was two dollars an hour, you would be overpaying these people."
