"I went here for with my 2019 Toyota highlander. Lia Toyota technician told me my serpentine belt has cracked and needs to replace and he said my alignment needs to done also my brakes are low, I felt this is not true so I talked to my coworker and he recommended to go East Greenbush Goodyear. I talked to Manager Rich and he went through all and he back to me and said I don't what they are looking for, he said your brake pads are very good and alignment is good no cracks on the serpentine belt. I trust these guys no more Toyota dealership. Thank you Rich."
