"Outstanding customer service! Thank you Evan!!!! Had a terrible experience at the Delaware Avenue location in Albany. They refused to honor my battery warranty. I called customer service, was put on hold and they refused the customer service rep. The customer service rep then called this location and Evan was extremely helpful. He stated there was a battery available to swap out. Battery was swapped out with no issues. This location is further from where I live but I will definitely be taking my business here from now on. Again, AVOID the Advance Auto Parts on DELAWARE Avenue if you want your warranty honored."

The employee was kind and so thorough in explaining what the device was testing, why, and what it meant. In the end, I needed a new battery, which they installed for free. It was an easy, hassle-free experience and I never felt pressured into buying anything. Would absolutely go back!"
