I called customer service, was put on hold and they refused the customer service rep. The customer service rep then called this location and Evan was extremely helpful. He stated there was a battery available to swap out. Battery was swapped out with no issues. This location is further from where I live but I will definitely be taking my business here from now on. Again, AVOID the Advance Auto Parts on DELAWARE Avenue if you want your warranty honored."
