"My husband and I walked in and was greeted and had ordered two coffees and had one of them made wrong. Asked nicely to have it remade and then got told that we hadn’t told them what we wanted in it and was told how they make latte's. I personally work at a dunkin and know how drinks are made and it was not made right to begin with. Would not recommend going to this Dunkin."
"They got my coffee order wrong. One coffee. No big deal, right? When I mentioned this to the employees at the drive thru they told me I needed to drive away as I was holding up the line of customers. They said that to me repeatedly. Also, I went there the previous day, ordered the same exact thing and paid almost two bux less. Yep. When I mentioned this to them at the drive thru the response I got was, "prices go up all the time." Ridiculous. Thanks for the experience, Dunkin'. Your nasty employees reminded me just how great the coffee is that comes out of my own kitchen. Hassle and attitude free. Just how I like it."
"Poor customer service. I go into order a small latte and donut and after ordering my latte he said anything else I repeated the donut again the older gentleman taking my order goes Yeah?! I said anything else I said no that was it . I then was paying with Apple Pay and his machine was not working and he started huffing and puffing thinking it was my fault . He made it extremely uncomfortable to try and finish paying so I just said forget it . I have worked In the customer service food industry for 7+ years as a store manager and would never make a paying customer feel uncomfortable because our machine is not working . Not sure who the guy was bald older gentleman dressed as a manager and if that’s the Case he needs better training on customer service ! Will never return to this Dunkin again ."
"New place updated looks a lot nicer and cleaner. Good staff gets really crazy in morning because of middle school."
