"I've been a customer at this place since it opened, and initially, it was a great alternative to Starbucks. However, since the change in your team, the service has noticeably declined. There have been issues with poor customer service, and some of your employees come across as arrogant. Orders are taking longer to be fulfilled, and it makes me wonder if there's a lack of supervision at this location."
"I've been to several other Caffe Nero's in the area, and this is one of the nicer dining spaces (and they're usually quite nice everywhere). Good mix of 2-person booths, different sizes of tables for groups, and patio seating in nice weather. I was here on a hot day and the AC was fantastic."
"Its located right on a busy main street with a nice big municipal parking lot in the back that provides access on both sides. The seating area is quite spacious and comfy and they are really generous with the tables unlike Starbucks across the street that is smaller and definitely more crowded. I'm a huge fan of this place and been coming here regularly for work as the local library is closed due to relocation. Their drink prices are pretty fair and delicious I usually get Ice Tea or lemonade. Their breakfast sandwich is amazing as well as I have tried it a few times. Wifi is quite fast here and I especially enjoy the outdoor seating are they have where the music is quieter for a good conversation on the phone. Overall I'm very happy with this particular location and have become quite the regular patron of the chain. Highly recommended if you're in the area looking for a nice place to relax and talk or work/study like I do."
"Great location. Nice spot to some reading and it’s brand new! Lots of parking In the rear and can also explore Downtown Melrose with its shops and restaurants. Added bonus, Shaw’s is right next door. Good wifi."
