"The Ride Cafe is great. I appreciated Rodell's clear communication about the work that needed to be done and the price I should expect. He paid special attention to the child seat to make sure it was installed safely and gave me advice on positioning it so I could ride more easily with my daughter in the seat. They had what I needed for light-up accessories now that it's winter and I'm riding more in the dark, and they have cute merch for gifts and a nice little beverage selection - didn't expect to be able to buy kombucha from my neighborhood bike shop!"

Rodell and team have kept me moving through the seasons despite all the abuse I put my bike through commuting everyday all days. My only reluctance to leaving this review is that all y'all will flock there right away leave me at the back of the queue. But that's okay too, I guess."
"Had a last minute issue a couple of weeks before the 2023 Pan Mass Challenge that the Ride Cafe was able to resolve within a week (basically the time it took to order the part and have it shipped). Cost for service was great and the customer service was top notch. Can't accurately convey how happy I am to have a local bike shop that's truly local."
