"Really bad customer service. this company Empire Auto Parts received a front bumper from a 2004 Toyota Sequoia without any problem at the time when they were asked to return the money for the cost of bumper, they do not want to refund it, making many excuses, it is the first time we have experienced this type of situation because when we return a piece we know that we have to return it in the same way we received it and before returning it we inspect it with the person who picks it up to make sure that they accept it in the same way we received it and we have done this every time we return parts even with other auto parts companies and we have never had a problem with our full refund I tried to solve this problem with the supervisor in charge and he did nothing to solve this problem and I share this experience so that you do not let yourself be fooled by this type of company that does not respect its own clients."
