"I'm sure they're wonderful to their regulars but when I came in for the first time to get an oil change for a car with standard oil they wanted to charge me $130 for everything, then the woman at the counter said that since I'm a new customer I could get a discount if $117.50. I'm sorry but that is an absolute rip off, there are plenty of places that do it for half the price not to mention i could just do it myself but I figured they would be reasonably priced and i could save myself some trouble."
