"It was the best coffee I had in Albany downtown, better than Dunkin’s shop in downtown, had cappuccino coffee and grilled cheese and soup for lunch was amazing… very reasonable cost"

They told me my soup lacked vegetables despite being vegetable soup but offered no discount or extra for the recognized delays and lack of quality. Sorry guys, but some things just have to improve."
