"Horrible. I paid for a King bed online, it was a double at most. With three shark pillow lined up. Making it “appear “ as a king. I had two key cards. One didn’t work. Second night, the other one failed. No one in office. No one answered phone. I was locked out of my room. Next morning, no one cared. No refund. No free stay in future. Room was not nice. Old tv, dirty floors. Scary bathroom. I don’t mind inexpensive, but i do mind cheap and rip offs. I was appalled."

"The manager and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The exterior is very clean, organized, and modest. The room are in the smaller side, but plenty of space for the overnight travellers; they're clean, beds are okay, and the bathroom is clean. They provide iron and board, hair dyer, and cable TV. Overall a quant little place off Rt. 1 about a mile over side of Bath."

"1. We had to buy everything, including a pot with cover, frying pan, flatware, salt and pepper shakers, can opener, and paring knife. The management was very reluctant to reimburse me, but they finally did when I told them that the room was advertised as fully equipped kitchen. They gave me plates, bowls, glasses, and cups from a dusty storage room, but only after alot of persuasion. I had to hand wash them separately before using them. 2. All 4 stove burner metal liners were old and stained and covered up with aluminum foil, a fire hazard! Two of the heating elements didn't even work. 3. The small deck at the front door should have been swept and cleaned before our stay. It was filthy. 4. TV reception was fuzzy, faces were orange in color, and there were hardly any channels to watch 5. My back hurt every night and I tossed and turned on a cheaply made mattress. 6. Their air conditioner blew out alot of cold air, but it didn't have a dry cycle, so the humidity was high in the room, making all of our clothes and linens slightly damp. 7. My suggestion is for management to anticipate problems and deal with them before customer complaints arise."
