"Went through the entire process of BUYING the hotel room, with it saying nowhere anything about age. i get there at 9 at night and am denied check in because i am “underage” even though it says nowhere anything about age. will never choose this hotel again, nor recommend to anyone. not because of the age requirement, but because i was denied a refund from something that was not my fault."
"If you’re a clean person you won’t be happy. Room has bad smell. Bathroom is full of people’s hair and stains. Beds aren’t comfortable. Room doesn’t feel clean.. there’s fingerprints on furniture so I can see nothing was atleast wiped down. Lady at front desk was not welcoming or friendly. The only PLUS found was there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room… spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. Location is good but won’t be staying again."
"The room was okay, but the complimentary breakfast definitely suffered from over promise, under deliver. No hot food offerings, no waffle batter and a bagel so hard, I couldn't slice it. I ended up paying for my breakfast which wasn't part of the plan. If breakfast doesn't matter, the rooms are sufficient and reasonably priced."
"It's nice there but they need to fill the soda machines and maybe look it the walls when they clean the rooms there was some food or something splattered on the walls. The staff was very kind, and the one gentleman that works there was a jack of all trades from maintenance to the front desk to cooking breakfast! The pool area was very nice, along with the exercise room they have!"
"My company came into town for disaster relief in preparation of potential impacts of hurricane Lee. Hannah and Jessie worked countless hours helping to accommodate our company and get 10 rooms for us. We have been doing disaster relief for over 10years and nearly every time we try booking hotel rooms around the country for our company during natural disasters we usually get overlooked and just simply told there aren’t enough rooms, sold out, etc. Hannah took on the logistical nightmare of the task to get us the rooms we needed and did so while being professional and polite, even during the chaos of everybody in the surrounding area attempting to book reservations. A+ to the staff!"
