"Phone call with voicemail, husband made call, i text. Extremely unresponsive for a business. Can say all he wants with his stores in Maine he has 95% positive reviews. Not even stores, building in Auburn has for lease signs on the windows. If i was selling i would be keeping it open for people to look at the items and offering customer service. Wont waste any additional time on him."

"Sales man Jason was very personalable and grate the bed is wonderful I did have an issue with the delivery but come to find out that person is no longer there and when the boss found out he was more then helpful fixing the issue.
