"Absolutely the worst experience here! Some of them are wonderful and very accommodating but honestly it's very 50/50 on the quality of care you will recieve. If you are just looking for therapy services I highly recommend going elsewhere. You will never get an appointment."

"Horrible, denied a contact with my service dog when requested. Also requested the clinician who evaluated me experience or education, they failed to provide that information. So to the best of my knowledge at this point they have incompetent staff or crisis workers working for them."

"Reception could use an attitude adjustment. I am not even a patient here. I kept receiving text messages that one of their doctors was trying to verify my prescription. I was nice enough to call back and let them know they were contacting the wrong person and number. The receptionist couldn't have possibly been anymore snide and dismissive. She literally laughed me off the phone. Sorry for trying to make sure you have the proper contact info for your patients? I feel even less guilty about this 1 star rating seeing as how that is the patient's most common rating too."

"I have a mental illness. I need my meds. I called the psyche dept because I accidentally missed my appointment on March 26. I can't get more meds until I see my doctor. I asked if I can make another appointment and twice they transferred me to the office manager and I left 2 messages yesterday and here it is today. No response to those 2 messages. So I took 2 buses straight to the providence center. I went directly to the receptionist and she was nice. I asked to see the office manager and she said that everyone is at a meeting for 2 hours. Now I am getting stressed out. She can't make an appointment for me until I talk to the office manager. What the hell is that rule for? She said that that's policy procedure for all appointments. Where's the logic in that? Now they are making my problem worse instead of better."
