"I knew I shouldn’t have even came here. Black woman stay away from this clinic they treat black woman poorly but if your white or Hispanic oh baby you getting the top care. How they gave me a Prescription For vitamins they sent it to my pharmacy which when I went wasn’t there. So I call them and said hey my vitamins are not here they put me on a long hold and said dr beth corin busy and she said whenever she can she will send it but you can pay for it yourself over the counter. So disrespectful and distasteful and why give me a prescription if you felt like I could buy it myself . Yeah I can buy 4$ vitamins but say I couldn’t then what ?i just won’t get them until you feel like doing it or I have to beg ? These are vitamins for pregnancy. I promise you I will never go to this clinic again and I will be calling the state to file a complaint cause I’m sick of this type of stuff. My appointments here ever since my original doctor left have been horrible. And honestly I see why that LPN left this place. I will no longer be going to this place cause it’s sick and they rude and mean as hell for no reason. I watch them and how they treat people of color. Like I said don’t come here. They don’t have doctors they only have LPNs anyways. This place is only for a certain type of people. Not to mention the rats running around this place. I wouldn’t even let them out lotion on my arm. I decided to seek care somewhere else look at the reviews they are all bad this place needs a state investigation"
"Had an awful experience trying to make an appointment here. Receptionist was unprofessional, incompetent, showed no empathy and had an unnecessary attitude. Not a place I want to trust with my life..."
"Unprofessional and unorganized. They cancelled an appointment I made 2 days before the actual date. The rescheduled appointment they offered was more than a month after the initial appointment. This is after I called every morning for a week to schedule the initial one because they either did not answer or would tell me try again tomorrow. For a health organization they need to do better."
"Always have a pleasant experience here! The reception staff is friendly and you can usually get a same day appointment if you call in the morning. My doctor Christina Duarte is very professional, helpful, she listens and finds the right treatment for me! I would definitely recommend PCHC at Randall square"
