"The manager Andy, has the personality of a toad. The bathrooms were disgusting. Here I sit, drinking my coffee, reading my paper, when a couple comes in with a dog on a leash. IT IS NOT A SERVICE DOG. For the record I love dogs. A dog of this type is not a service dog, and it does belong inside a food establishment such as a Stewarts shop, and now I sit in a booth, eating my breakfast sandwich, with dog 24 inches from my feet. Yes the dog is friendly, but it doesn't belong in here, and it shouldn't be able to come in. I hope Stewarts has a back bone, and tells its customers who have a non service dog, that the dog can not come in. I may be wrong, but the dog is a health issue. This is another example of how this country is going in the toilet, as people are doing what the want, and the businesses where this is happening, says nothing. Stewarts, step up to the plate, and make a stance about non service animals are not allowed to come into food establishments such as you are. This is information from the state of New York, pertaining dogs in a food establishment business. You do have a food preparation area, you do have indoor dining. I am sitting in your booth, as I have eaten my breakfast, (with a dog, 24 inches from my feet) so the booth I am in, is considered you indoor dining area. I copied and pasted the following information from a NYS site. (Can I bring my dog with me to a restaurant? In New York State, restaurants can allow companion dogs in the outdoor dining areas of the restaurant. Companion animals are not permitted in indoor dining or food preparation areas). Mr. Stewarts, the dog that sits 24" from my feet, yes, it's friendly, IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Look at this situation this way. You remember covid? Everyone remembers covid. What if, some how or some way, a person got sick in one of stewarts shops, because of an animal was there, It would be devastating to you. Think about it."

"The "MANAGER" gives off a racist vibe. Watched him interact with customers often but as soon as an African American comes in there's no conversation. No good mornings, won't even speak a word to give me a total. I think Saturdays are his days off, guess that's when I have to go there."

"I have to say not a clean store and not nice People went in ordered a ice coffee waited for about 15 minutes. The guy said my coffee's coming from the back waited longer and then a guy came out asking. Who's coffee and then he went to go make one? I asked for a mocha iced coffee in the very beginning when i paid. This other guy kept telling me there's no chocolate and I said okay thats fine ill pass. I wish I would have known this before waiting a long time. And the refund process took forever and I didn't get a full refund"

"Only place I've ever been to that the hot water is straight soapy water for making drinks. Got everything ready for a hot tea and employee makes hot water but soon as I put it in the cup suddenly soapy bubbles fill the cup. They should work on cleaning thier stuff better so It always comes out right."

"Great convenient place by Rt 90 for gas or charging EV. I charged my EV there. It has become one of my favorite stops when driving through Albany with my EV. The store has hot, cold food and all sorts of drinks."
