"I would also give this woman a zero if I could. She failed/refused to get the insurance binder to my mortgage agent when they needed it so I dropped her a month before my closing and went to State Farm. I never signed the policy documents and she tried charging me anyway and then sent the bill to collections. What a scumbag."

"I also wish I could give her 0 stars. She NEVER answers her phone or returns calls. Over 3 years she was charging me for full coverage on my truck but never had it on my policy that there was full coverage- even after it was brought to her attention TWICE. I have no idea how this woman still has clients. Just found better coverage (and we really have the coverage) for half of what she was charging us a month. Do yourself a huge favor and do not do business with this thief"

"If I could give her a zero I would. Worst insurance agent I have ever come across. Doesn’t inform clients of items that are due until the insurance coverage is being terminated and then does nothing to assist her clients. Multiple issues with no resolve and had to go to a different insurance company because of her incompetence."
