"I signed up for a bundled insurance package that Mr. Brady assisted me with and was helpful during the sign up process however a few months after when I contacted him to inquire about getting a reduction in the policy fee, he flat out ignored me after claiming to not have my contact information saved meanwhile there was sensitive personal information identifying me that was sent to him few months earlier. I would not recommend Brady agency (who was recommended by my realtor). Seems anybody associated with this realtor is nothing but bad news! All parties involved in this transaction have all received 1 star reviews for 1) being ridiculously unprofessional, 2) lack of communication, 3) poor customer service 4) only looking out for their own interest ($)."
