DHL Global Forwarding

"How on Earth does my package say delivered on May 19th 2021, and I still haven't received anything and then when you try to call the number they have listed it says this number is not in service. I waited patiently all day on the 19th of May 20201 for my package and not "ONE" DHL driver darkened my doorstep to deliver my package, but it says it was delivered. This is the worst and I wish I can pick my delivery carrier cause it definitely wouldn't be DHL"

"I was sitting at home all day waiting for my package that was coming from this location. I have two motion cameras and three dogs that let me know when someone is near my home. I was also sitting in my living room, but somehow I missed my package? After calling the company, they told me that the note said they attempted to leave a note on the door but could not do so for an unknown reason. Now my package is missing today."

"Label literally says HER UNDERTHINGS (In capital letters) THREE times on the label (attached), and they still delivered it to another business in the plaza... despite every window of the store having 'Her Underthings' written on it, all FIVE of them, plus the door. But don't worry, when you call customer service they will 'call you back in 2 hours' to find out where your package is. Stellar service."

"if I could give ZERO stars, I would. my shipment has been "With delivery courier" for past TWO days with absolutely no delivery attempt. and then, they sent me a notice that said "01 Sep 20 8:51 PM - Delivery attempted. Recipient not home - LATHAM,UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". We been working from home since April. and WE never left home for past 2 days. AND I was on the phone with DHL customer service from 8pm EST to 9pm EST, so DHL customer service knows we were home. ABSOLUTE liers! I wish my supplier stop using them as DHL is absolutely the worst."

"What kind of global logistics company takes the weekend off? I shipped a package home while I was traveling abroad. When I got home and checked my email, dhl had the wrong delivery address. I changed the address online, and rescheduled the delivery for the next day. Here it is Saturday, two days after the package was supposed to arrive. No further information on the package for two days. I called customer service and was told that someone would look into it on Monday. I asked her supervisor to call the local office where the package was last scanned, because I might be able to go there. She told me that only the customer service department works on the weekend. Never again will I work with dhl. Not with all the other companies out there who are interested in repeat customers."
