"I've been a customer of Viola's irrigation services for 20+ years. Over the last few years I noticed it was becoming more difficult to schedule routine start-ups and shut-downs. The situation is now chronic. Viola needs to sort this out or get out of irrigation. This winter I renovated my home. I contacted Viola to ask them to quote on installation of a new system. It took one month and multiple emails to get someone scheduled for a visit. They were a no show. A new meeting was arranged. They showed and spent an hour taking information. After too long, I enquired when I might receive a proposal. The response was priceless: "I’m sorry but it was lost before it got to processing I can’t get (name withheld) back for another look until after Memorial Day I understand if you can’t wait." Happy to see Viola do well in pools & spas. But if they don't want to be in irrigation any more, they should stop insulting their customers and wasting our time."

"Just wanted to take a moment to take a moment to say how pleased and impressed I have been with Viola's service. My weekly service has always been exemplary and the Viola techs have always been a delight to have on site. But when we do have problems, Im continually amazed with how responsive they have been. WOW !!! I recenty had my family visiting for a week and the pool gas heater suddenly failed to heat. I contacted Viloa at 9 AM (on a Saturday)and within 15 minutes they called me back me back with some possible fixes I might be able to do myself. When that didn’t work they sent over a tech a few hours later. They were terrific. Super efficient and pleasant and they quickly got us back up and running with a new igniter and flame detector. A terrific experience all round.."
