Carisbrooke at Manchester

"I lived in this community for 5 years and LOVED my time there. It was definitely the nicest apartment home for me and my dogs. When I Initially moved to Manchester, the majority of the tenants were elderly couples - but with rising rent prices the tenants have completely turned over to become a community of young families and/or roommate type situations. The change has made the building a lot busier, louder and messier. Despite this change - Maintenance (John and Theresa) have swiftly addressed any building repairs, apartment repairs and cleaned up the remnants of weekend parties - they honestly have more work to do now; than 3 years ago (ehem! give them a raise!!!). Their work helped keep this apartment home and community just as lovely as it was on day 1. When I received the rent renewal for 2024, the increase no longer made it cost-effective to stay in NH. So, I made the difficult decision to move to MA; and, closer to the BOS airport (My job has changed, requiring significant air travel. Unfortunately MHT isn't ideal). I will always remember my home at 180 Woodbury street with a special fondness - because it was a great place to live."

"My boyfriend and I met with Jonathan to live here in early February and fell in love with the spaces. It is extremely accessible as far as the width of the doorways, handicap buttons, handicap parking, functional elevators, etc. It is a pet friendly building and each apartment has its own private balcony. Maintenance acts very quickly and the atmosphere of the building is quiet and calm. We love it!"

"So happy that I finally get to live here! Been trying for two years now we are three weeks in and loving it! I have never liked living in an aprartment but this was like going on vacation and not having to go home! Samatha is awesome to work with and the maintenance staff immediately addressed any concerns I had and were also very friendly. We had met at least 5 neigbors at the end of our first moving day. Super pet friendly with a nice brand new dog area. Best move we could have made!"

"We have been living here since November 2015, which is four years, and we are going to stay longer! There are several reasons for staying here and not looking for something else. Simply, this place is attracting us to stay. First of all, the location is very close to the highway, so you get in your way fast. Also, everything is close too. There is a verity of restaurants and stores close to us, where we can go walking. The supermarket, the pharmacy, and several others. If you like walking outside, there is a little park close, too. The security of it, too. I have little kids, sometimes we come home late. Never felt insecure when coming. The building has coverd parking, storage, library, elevators, function room, and a place where you can play table hockey game and some others. You can take your garbage and throw it from the same floor, too. Lastly, I would say they need to work on the maintenance. Sometimes, they take few days to come and fix something. However, when they come they fix it and help you with whatever you need!"
