"Ì literally hate this pharmacy!! It used to be so easy when it was rite aid to refill prescriptions. I have a coupon from factory that saves me 25$ a month( eliquis). E every month, they can't find it!! Last time the very nice cashier told me to tell the next cashier to look it up. Following month, the VERY same cashier told me she had no record of my coupon(btw, it brings monthly cost from 35 or 45 to 10) finally she found it because it was on my profile... Absolutely worst customer service ever. They cut hours of operation and obviously don't care about their customers.... Also, don't get me started on when you have a refill and need your doctor's office the give the ok!! My experience has been that they'll tell you they're waiting for the doctors office, but in reality, they never contacted them. Totally awful pharmacy but I will say the store itself is good. Same merchandise as rite aid."
"Pharmacy is horrible and has no clue what they're doing. Wouldn't fill a prescription that WAS covered by insurance (I know because I called) and lied to me and told me they wouldn't fill it because it was not covered. Ridiculous. At least they're nice about it I guess."
