"Staff is friendly. The atmosphere was very uplifting & fun. The snack bar menu was amazing, as was the food that was prepared for myself and my guests. Moonlight bowling is a great treat. Birthday party accommodations were made and exceeded my expectations. This place is a gem."

The people who run this place are friendly to all customers and will do anything to ensure that everyone is able to participate and have a great time. We have furry fandom meet ups here and they're very welcoming to us. We really appreciate that, as not all businesses are cool with people in costumes running around."

"Took my son's who have special needs here last week for their first time bowling. They are tweens. Very nice fella at counter. He was so nice that he was careful to explain that a league would be starting in an hour so we knew what to expect. Place reminds me of the old school corner bowling alleys I grew up around. Not the mega mall funplexes that are anything but. I will return.had great experience"

"GO ELSEWHERE! The first time I had a problem was with the guy who is always at front desk over the summer when we went for Childs free bowling and the guy said they don’t do that on weekends but the website says otherwise. I called the next day to speak to someone and they told they do on the weekends so the other guy was just rude and didn’t want us there. Today I came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the same guy we had an issue with was there working but we thought it’s okay we are paying and playing. The guy gave attitude to my whole family mind you I have a mixed group and he was very racist. He did not answer and ignored my Spanish grandfather when he told the guy our bowling balls were stuck my grandfather had to find the one other guy that was working to help. He told us we had only until 5 because he needed the 2 lanes we had mind you we are the only people in there and they are open until 11PM. He kicked us out instead of offering a new lane because we bought 4 games and didn’t even finish. After we were leaving they tried charging us saying we played 8 games!!! How can we play 8 games if we couldn’t get through the kids side and the second game for the adult side?? They wanted to charge us an extra 24 dollars and we said no cause they owed us money from the one game we couldn’t play then they said “charge them what you want, charge them 18 dollars” absolutely not! We paid 36 dollars for 4 games and 4 pairs of shoes. Absolutely terrible service and all rude. Then after the whole thing the guy goes out and has a cigarette just to stare at us?? Absolutely not please go elsewhere they don’t deserve anyone’s money."
