"The staff at this location is desperately trying to keep up, however, it's entirely unacceptable to wait in person for 25 minutes to get your drink when 40+ mobile orders are made ahead of yours. If you can't keep up with mobile orders amidst drive-thru and in-store orders, pause your mobile acceptance."
"Usually satisfied with the service at this location but today I ordered my usual cold brew and did not receive what ordered. Instead of being honest and telling me they had run out of cold brew, they made my drink with iced coffee and hoped that I wouldn’t notice. Unfortunately, I really dislike Starbucks iced coffee and immediately could smell/taste the difference. I do not appreciate being tricked into paying cold brew prices for an iced coffee. I had to call the customer service line to get a refund for my drink as I can not drink it and did not have time to return to the store."
